Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 6 large apples / 10 small - slice peel


flour mixture:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 stick butter (half cup) (soften butter)


  • 1/4 cup apple juice (or water)

Baking Directions

  • preheat oven to 375.

put 1/2 apples in a greased 9x9 pan, blend together flour mixture and crumble half flour mixture over apples. cover w/ remaining apples and the rest of the flour junk. pour juice over top. bake for 35 minutes. eat with french vanilla ice cream.
